Our downstream metrics ingestion suffered an outage that prevented us from measuring proxy usage accurately. The outage happened at around 8 pm ET yesterday and was resolved at 1 pm ET today.

Our proxy and API were up during the outage and all proxy usage during the outage is on us and will not be billed.
